I’m Erica, and I’ve spent over 30 years in municipal government helping communities take care of their assets. From B.C. to Saskatchewan, leading Regina’s first-ever State of Infrastructure Report, proudly endorsed by Regina's City Council. I also hold the IPWEA NAMS Canada Professional Certificate in Asset Management Planning — proof that I’m serious about turning asset management into practical, people-focused solutions.
